St-Jacques had previously worked with another agency, but the results didn’t meet expectations. Despite being a premium dining destination in Umalas, Bali, their online campaigns lacked performance and direction. The brand wasn’t appearing on high-intent search terms, their Google Maps visibility was poor, and tracking for conversions like reservations or calls was missing. They turned to Zharkwave to reset the strategy and get measurable results.

Zharkwave built a dual-channel Google Ads campaign strategy.
Search campaigns targeted both brand and non-brand keywords around restaurants near me, fine dining, romantic dinners, and French cuisine.
Meanwhile, Performance Max supported broader discovery across Google’s ecosystem, optimized for location-based conversions like calls, reservations, and direction clicks.

Audit

Our ads specialist made a thorough audit of their current ads that are running, and we found:

  • UTM and conversion tracking were incomplete for WhatsApp and reservation CTAs.
  • Previous Search ads were broad keywords only, missing opportunity to attract new high intent reservations.
  • No active Performance Max or location-based campaigns.

Research
