Glamritz’s Google Ads account was suspended before the campaign even launched, due to the inclusion of restricted keywords in ads and website content. In addition to this setback, the website lacked proper conversion tracking, GTM, and compliance with Google Ads policy.

Approach

Zharkwave took a full-funnel, recovery-to-performance strategy, starting with account rehabilitation and ending with high-volume, high-efficiency conversion delivery. We:

  • Removed all prohibited health-related terms from the ads and website content
  • Segregated campaigns into Performance Max and Search to better control ad formats
  • Rebuilt the campaign structure around location-intent queries (e.g., “klinik kecantikan PIK,” “facial PIK Jakarta”)
  • Implemented conversion tracking via GTM for WhatsApp.

Research

  • Identified key intent-based keywords that users in North Jakarta search for when seeking aesthetic treatments.

  • Found that treatments with benefits-focused language (e.g., “kulit cerah,” “perawatan wajah glowing”) converted far better than technical or restricted terms.

  • Used local SEO research to align messaging with PIK neighborhood trends, where customers prioritize luxury, safety, and proven results.

Audit

Our ads specialist made a thorough audit of their current ads that are running, and we found:
  • Detected suspended ad account caused by prohibited  keywords in both ad copy and website meta content.

  • GTM was not installed; no conversion action was firing properly.

  1. Troubleshot and reactivated the Google Ads account by removing restricted medical/beauty terms.

  2. Separated Pmax & Search campaigns for better reach and keyword control.

  3. Refined Keyword Targeting to focus on legal, high-intent, location-specific search terms.

  4. Installed GTM & proper conversion tracking, including WhatsApp clicks and appointment requests.

  5. Optimized ad copy around client needs: bright skin, trusted clinic, certified results—without triggering ad policy violations.

  6. Added Negative Keywords to block irrelevant queries and competitors.

Additionally, our team worked with Glamritz to restructure the landing pages to support lead capture in the form of WhatsApp button click as the main CPA, increasing user comfort and conversion rate.
